The game and developer

Battle Word is an Android word game with computer and online opponents. Developer and operator: Stanislav Belomestnyi (vodenbik), Turkey. Contact: dromomanic@gmail.com.

Features, online services and purchases depend on the app version and service availability. The app is being prepared for Google Play. Describing a purchase does not mean it is already available in the store.

Accounts and saves

Offline play does not require Google. Optional Google sign-in links an online profile and cloud save. Only use an account you are entitled to control, and protect your device and Google account. Do not share recovery keys or game access keys.

Do not impersonate another person or the developer. Local progress may be lost after uninstalling or clearing app data. Offline and online balances are separate. There is no assumed automatic merger of different guest profiles or transfer of consumed coins between them.

Nicknames and fair play

Do not use someone else’s personal information, threats, harassment, discriminatory or illegal content in nicknames. Fraud, exploiting bugs to obtain rewards, disrupting the server or trying to access another profile or hidden board are prohibited.

Do not bypass turn rules, match verification or purchase validation. Contact support about a problem or objectionable nickname. We review reports; these terms do not promise automatic moderation, a dedicated report button or blocking tools that do not exist.

Virtual coins and items

Coins are used only within Battle Word for supported game actions, abilities and cosmetic items. They cannot be cashed out, exchanged for a money prize or transferred to another player. The current offering has no subscriptions.

Rewards and costs follow the game’s rules. The server keeps the verified online balance; a local save is not purchase evidence. Restoring consumable purchases does not grant an already consumed pack again.

Purchases and refunds

When purchases are available, Google Play shows the price and terms before confirmation. Google Play processes payment; RevenueCat validates purchases and purchase events. Server coins are credited after validation; a duplicate notification does not grant a second pack. Contact support about delays instead of repeating payment just to refresh a balance.

Refund requests follow Google Play policies and applicable law. These terms do not declare every purchase unconditionally non-refundable. The operator does not promise approval of every refund. A confirmed refund reverses the corresponding credit; if those coins have been spent, the server balance may become negative.

Deletion and support

Online profile deletion ends access to that profile and may end an active online match under the game’s rules. It is not an automatic purchase refund and does not delete your Google account. Some linked records remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can request deletion without the installed game by email. Contact support about match, purchase or technical issues too.

Applicable rights and updates

Use the game lawfully and follow applicable age restrictions and guardian-consent requirements. These terms do not replace the store’s age rating or claim the app has age verification.

Online services may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may first raise a dispute with the developer; your right to contact a competent authority or court remains.

The current version and date are published here. Material changes requiring notice or consent under applicable law must be accompanied by that notice or consent.
